Why we don't hand engagements off to juniors

Most agencies scope a project with a senior person and then hand delivery to a team the client never meets. We don't do that, and it's worth explaining why.
When the person who scoped the work also builds it, decisions made in week one stay consistent with decisions made in week eight. Nothing gets lost in a handoff document.
The trade-off is real: senior-only delivery doesn't scale the way a large bench does. We take that trade-off deliberately.
