It's tempting to design an automation that never asks a human anything. In practice, the failure modes of a fully autonomous workflow are the ones that cost the most to discover late.
Our default pattern routes anything the rules can't confidently classify to a person, rather than guessing. It's a slightly less flashy demo and a much safer production system.
